Did not have an impression.
The safety is not very good. Experienced a blackout in the whole hotel that lasted for about 25 mins. The rooms did not have emergency lights. Luckily I have a torchlight. No announcements made to inform guests.
Fabulous design hotel, an island in the middle of Phnom Penh! Very nice staff, good restaurant. Good value for money. Close to the Central Market and to a lot of small cambodian shops.
A bit far from the riverfront, but it's only a ten minute walk. The surrounding area is a little dirty.
Room was excellent, very clean, trendy, hip, but not too noisy.
Their internet had been down and they were overbooked. When we arrived they said there was a problem and asked us to switch to another hotel they reserved, and we didn't want to. They were a bit insistent. I feel they should've asked us if we would be willing, rather than telling us there is no room and that they booked another room and can move us. My friend was very adamant about not switching, and a room appeared. I feel bad for whoever did have to move though. Other than that, really loved this hotel. Definitely a little bit pricey for Cambodia though. But cheaper than the Sofitel Phnom Penh if you are looking for 4-5 star comforts at a better price. Highly recommend this hotel.
Very interesting desing. Good location. Very frendly and helpfull staf.
Price of the room is a little expencive
Modern, stylish hotel with well lit, clean and open rooms. Rooms are comfortable and the large flat screen TV was great too. The lobby is also very stylish and the library shelves stocked with a really good range of magazines, books and newspapers for the businessman or traveler.
The staff were very friendly. Rooms decorated to a very high modern standard, loved the bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious. The central market is a must see even though it is still under construction.
The tuk tuk drivers tried to charge you more because your staying in an expensive hotel. But dont let them. $1.50 to the riverside. $14 for a day to the killing fields. $9 in a taxi to/from the airport.
Very nice and clean hotel . The window of the bath room is very cool. Good location and excellent food. Highly reccomended!
The tuk tuk drivers tried to charge more because of staying in an expensive hotel.
Very good value for money large, comf. Clean modern rooms very quiet reasonable internet
Breakfast selecction could be larger also the receptionist upon arrival tried to make so private profit on me...no big deal but still I did not like it otherwise staff was excellent
Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and approachable. Wifi is good but breakfast is limited selection.
The hotel is located at the city centre. Only 5 mins walk to the Central Market.
Lovely big, light room, comfortable bed, good shower. The staff were very nice and let us use their laptop as we didnt have a computer. Good breakfast too.
Location not great but a short tuk tuk ride will get you to the centre of things quite easily and cheaply.
The staff there were very friendly and kind, it was pretty close to the center, the only thing was that they didnt have computers to use, but the kind staff let us use their own computers for as long as we needed to, that was great.
The only thing was the lack of computers, maybe in the process of adding them, but definetly needed, the breakfast variety wasnt that great, but ok. The wifi in our rooms didnt seem to reach ours, we had to walk out to the hall to get connection, everything else was perfectly fine.
Very nice hotel. Clean and confy. The "window" of the shower is very cool. Good location and excellent food. Highly reccomended!
Location, location. Far away from the river, in the middle of nowhere.
Location: We had a tuktuk for 5$ per day so we didn’t need to walk. We paid 5$ more because he was very good and friendly. Bathroom: was very very nice and interesting design.
Room: The first one had no window. Then we changed and it was very nice and modern. (205 room number) WiFi: It was ok, but you need to type the password every time. Breakfast: very small breakfast buffet English: needs improvement Reception: They are not really interested in what you wrote as your wishes on Booked.net. I requested a room with a nice view to the city 5 weeks before we arrived and they put us into a room without a window. After complaining they gave us a room with window (could not be opened). Too expensive for the location and the view.
